1. Acceptance

By using Neurythm, you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. The Service

Neurythm provides an operations platform for MSPs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service. You retain all rights to the data you upload ("Customer Data").

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
• Use the service for illegal activities or to store illegal content.
• Attempt to breach our security or disrupt other users.

4. Liability & Warranties

• "As Is": The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurythm's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your Customer Data after a grace period, as outlined in our documentation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
